SIMPLE WAYS TO LOOK AND FEEL BETTER




Concentrate more on the mirror than the scale
            Muscle weighs more than fat.  If you see your body sliming and you are not losing weight, don’t worry about it.  If you are exercising and you see a weight gain, that’s ok too.  That weight is probably muscle that your body will use to burn even more fat.  If you set a weight goal that is below your ideal look and you achieve your weight you won’t look your best.  Let the mirror set your goals more than the scale

Dress in clothes that fit
Nothing can make you look bigger than you really are like wearing ill fitted clothes.  Clothes too small will cause parts of the body to stick out, while wearing clothes too baggy appears like your trying to hide your body and may also add visual pounds.  Properly fitting clothes will make your body appear the best


Posture
          Even a person with the slimmest of six packs looks like they have a little pouch if they slouch.  Stand up straight and it will elongate the body making it look better.  Before you look in the mirror make sure you are practicing good posture.

Confidence
          This will help more than anything else.  Not everyone can be a supermodel, but knowing that you’re attractive can be seen by others by the way you act and the way you present yourself.  Few people consider their bodies to be perfect, but even those bodies require work to maintain and touch up.  Know you look great and improve on that.
